Personal data you collected from users and site visitors may include the the following: name, email address, personal account preferences; transactional data, such as purchase information; and technical data, such as information about cookies. All are collected to make the user experience better, whenever there are repeat visits/purchases. Personal data is also generated from technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third party embeds.
While you visit our site, we will track the following
Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed.

Contact forms
Personal data such as name, email, question posed by consumer, all is captured when someone submits a contact form. Contact form submissions are kept for a certain period for customer service purposes, but the information submitted through them are not used for marketing purposes.
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information. Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
Opting into Email Sign-ups, Email Alerts, SMS Alerts
Personal data such as email and phone numbers will be collected when prompted and disclosed by consumer. All data is captured when someone submits a contact form. Contact form submissions are kept for a certain period of time for whatever reasons disclosed on specific sign up such as: product alerts, product reminders, back in stock alerts, promotions, and all other marketing purposes.
We have it on all email and sms communications a link to opt out of emails/sms. At any point the consumer is able to remove the information that they submitted from our marketing list they prompted into.
SMS Communication
The Twined Ivy mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Twined Ivy (“Twined Ivy”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Twined Ivy’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Twined Ivy through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Twined Ivy. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18337620769 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Twined Ivy mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
What we share with others
This includes, but may not be limited to, analytics, marketing, payment gateways, shipping providers, and third party embeds.We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you.
Payments
We accept payments through PayPal or through traditional payment gateway which is backed by Brain Tree, powered by PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. Who we share data with
The third party providers with whom we share site data, includes partnerships with PayPal payment processor, and Ship Station, for shipping purposes. Follow up with their specific privacy policies for more information.
How long we retain your data
Twined Ivy has a policy in tact to keep contact form entries for six months, analytics records for a year, and customer purchase records for ten years.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Web hosting is through GoDaddy, PayPal is established for payment processing, and Shipstation to fufill shipping needs.
