Shipping Policy

Shipping

All are shipments are sent out within 48hours if placed Monday – Friday. Keep in mind, if after 4pm it won’t be shipped out until the following business day. All orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out first thing Monday.

Carrier

All domestic packages will be sent USPS Priority Mail, with standard 2-3 business day shipping. Receipt of order will be emailed upon order completion, with a link providing tracking details. Once item has been shipped, customer will be notified and able to track.

All shipments to Canada will be sent UPS Standard to Canada, with 3-7 business day delivery time. Receipt of order will be emailed upon order completion, with a link providing tracking details. Once item has been shipped, customer will be notified and able to track.

Pricing

Domestic shipping costs vary depending on zone location, and will be provided once address information is entered in. If customer provides shipping promotion code authorized by Twined Ivy within the promotion guidelines for, they may be eligible for free shipping.

All shipments to Canada will be a flat rate of $25.00. This shipping cost DOES include brokerage fees, paid for by Twined Ivy. Duties & Taxes are not included in this price, and will be collected from the consumer before delivery is complete. There will be no refunds given for product purchase or shipping, in the instance consumer decides not to pay for duties and taxes to receive package. **** Coupon codes do not apply to any Canada orders.

International Shipping

Currently Twined Ivy is only available in the US & Canada. We are looking for distribution opportunities to make available in other Countries, so please be patient as we work hard to make that happen! PLEASE read the our policy regarding pricing for any shipments to Canada.
